Your tasks
Responsible for the effective management of Basilea\\\'s license and distribution partnerships and maximizing the global Zevtera (Ceftobiprole) value across the whole life-cycle, in order to fully capitalize on the commercial potential and to maximize Basilea\\\'s revenues by:
Provide strategic and operational brand guidance across the Zevtera (Ceftobiprole) partners, ensuring a strong brand-alignment and clear positioning
Drive the business-, launch- and performance- review process with Basilea\\\'s global Zevtera (Ceftobiprole) partners and ensure a continuous review- and monitor process
Drive and identify opportunities for maximizing the commercial success of Basilea\\\'s commercial Zevtera (Ceftobiprole) partnerships (focus US, China, EU)
Represent Zevtera and brand-related aspects in the Brand Team and lead the x-functionally Sub-Brand Team
Lead and drive an active Life-Cycle-Management process for Zevtera (Ceftobiprole)
Ensure effective external operational processes and lead the strategic brand alignment with the respective partner
Drive excellence in internal cross-functional teamwork to ensure all Basilea functions are aligned on the key priorities and goals for each partner
Collaborate and communicate effectively with the internal functions and ensure clear responsibilities and accountabilities across the organization for key tasks
Drive the process of identifying and spreading best practices among the partners
Monitor and track the key deliverables required to meet the contractual obligations (eg annual product trainings)
Responsible for enforcing a culture of compliance and appropriate quality standards across the Basilea /partner relationship
Wherever possible, apply standard approaches across the partnership/s in order to avoid duplication, maximize efficiency and support internal understanding.
Your profile
Bachelor or Master in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent degree or any other scientific qualification, PhD or MBA would be an asset
Minimum 10 years of experience in pharma sales & marketing global or regional experience
Excellent knowledge of antibiotics market and products
Global marketing experience: Strategy, execution and implementation
Excellent communication skills at different levels
Fluent in English, knowledge of German and additional languages is a plus
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
