We started by revolutionizing the way you buy an E-Bike online. MyBikePlan is the only e-commerce platform which allows customers in Switzerland to purchase an E-Bike at a monthly price. Rather than spending CHF 4000 upwards on an E-Bike, customers can pay it in a plan from 12 to 48 months starting at CHF 60 per month. MyBikePlan was built on the understanding of today\\\'s generation and their desire to divide their payments out every month, rather than spending it all at once.

We started developing MyBikePlan in the Summer of 2019 and have been selling since 2020. We have had strong exponential growth and therefore are looking for creative support.

We are now in the process of launching MyHomePlan and more verticals for people to buy amazing products on a 0% financing.

Tasks

We are looking for a highly motivated, creative individual who will take on extremely hands-on projects and work that have a direct impact on the future of MyBikePlan.

There are two main areas that you will be responsible / support in:

Marketing:

• Supporting with performance marketing ad creation
• Supporting with organic content creation and posting (videos and pictures)
• You will be involved in our highly scalable marketing strategy where output is high and creativity is high.
• Supporting on the management of the e-commerce platform (woocommerce and PIM)
• Making sure we have all the right pictures, documents, etc that we need to sell amazing bikes!

Sales:

You will be in direct contact with customers and will be:

• Leading customers through the sales process
• Helping generate leads by answering all customer\\\'s questions
• Processing existing customers and making sure everything is done to keep them as happy as possible
• Hands-on with our CRM (Hubspot) platform and designed sales process to help keep an overview of all customers

Requirements

We do not care about certificates and papers.

If you like bikes that\\\'s a plus ;).neer or an electrician. All that is important is that you are creative and that you are willing to learn and DO.

We need people that will go out and learn a skill to create something if need be. We need people that can think out of the box on how to find a solution.

Language requirements: French and/or German is a must, and the company language is English.
