The Investments Compliance team operates as a centralized coverage model (with strong regional collaboration), aligning with Group Investment Management\\\'s vertically integrated, global organization. This position will report directly to the Head Investments Compliance and will interact with various business partners from Group Investment Management and with members of central, regional, and local Compliance teams.
What you will do
As the Intern Investments Compliance, you will:
Assist in evaluating business activities in Investment Management to assess compliance risks.
Assist in advising the business with respect to adoption and implementation of regulations and Group Compliance policies.
Support activities to provide assurance to the business that compliance risks are being mitigated and managed and advise and support the business in closing agreed action plans.
Assist in executing compliance core processes, such the annual compliance risk assessment, annual planning, monthly and quarterly reporting.
What you bring
As the Intern Investments Compliance your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Enrolment in a University/ Institute of higher education for the duration of the internship is mandatory
Student, ideally nearing completion of a Master in Law, Risk Management, Economics, Business Administration, International Affairs or similar
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent command of MS Office applications. Skills in data analytics and data visualization are a definite plus
Business fluent in English, other languages an advantage
Responsible, detail-oriented and ability to work on multiple tasks
A team-oriented talent and a strong communicator, able to work in a dynamic and everchanging environment
First experience working independently and owning initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders from start to finish
You must be located in Switzerland or able to travel and base yourself in Switzerland for the duration of the working student contract.
