You will be introduced to a broad spectrum of topics while working on several priorities in close collaboration with many team members in a truly international environment.

What you will do

• Support the development and revision of new and or existing Compliance frameworks as well as the implementation of such
• Contribute to delivery of the annual Group Compliance plan
• Collaborate with a global team of Compliance experts
• Support the enhancement of our overall Group Compliance training landscape
• Working with colleagues to progress our Compliance continuous improvement global project
• Conduct research on Compliance topics and trends and prepare findings in presentations (in PowerPoint or Word) for senior stakeholders
• Hands-on work in operational tasks related to Compliance

What you bring

• Enrolment in a University/ Institute of higher education for the duration of the internship is mandatory
• Student, ideally nearing completion of a Master in Law, Risk Management, Economics, Business Administration, International Affairs or similar
• Strong oral & written communication skills as well as MS Office applications
• Business fluent in English
• Responsible, detail-oriented and ability to work on multiple tasks
• A team-oriented talent and a strong communicator, able to work in a dynamic and everchanging environment
• First Experience working independently and owning initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders from start to finish
• You must be located in Switzerland or able to travel and base yourself in Switzerland for the duration of the working student contract
