Your new responsibilities
You support the Regional Financial Controller in enabling the Hub Management business covering Western Europe, Middle East and Africa (WE&MEA) region to steer the Regional Asset Management business by providing appropriate financial information.
Some of the main activities will include:
Supporting the planning, forecasting and reporting process as well as the analysis of the operational performance of the Hub Asset Management business
Preparing the monthly Hub files and consolidating Hub figures
Supporting the analysis of financial figures and seeking answers as contributions to the monthly Q&A process
Gathering consolidated risk and opportunity registers from dedicated countries
Performing comparisons of actual versus planned performance and ad-hoc analyses
Ensuring the provision of accurate and timely financials (clean books and records), including the effectiveness of internal controls and adherence to the SRE framework
Striving to digitise processes and improve current procedures
To be a perfect fit for this role, you would:
Study business administration, accounting, economics or equivalent subjects (preferably in the last year of your bachelor\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree, progressing to a master\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree)
Previous experience in a similar position
Knowledge of accounting (particularly IFRS 16)
Working knowledge of SAP and excellent Excel skills
Fluent in German and English. Italian would be a plus
Flexible and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on mentality, team player and collaborative
Start on 1 March for at least 18 months
