For our client, a large bank in Zurich, we are looking for a Workday Data Analyst to join a fun and vibrant team.

Main responsibilities:
- You will take full time role in People Analytics Team, delivering end-to-end reporting and analytics from Workday HCM
- You will build self-service reports / dashboard in Workday HCM and Tableau
- You will use Workday Prism to optimize data workflows and source external data (e.g. from Finance) into Workday HCM
- 3+ years proven work experience preferably in the financial industry in a similar role
- General data analytics skills
- Experience in Workday HCM Reporting, Workday Prism
- Experience in Tableau, Tableau Prep, Dataiku - or other similar tools
- Located in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
- Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
- Positive thinking personality with a can-do attitude
- High motivation to acquire new technical skills
- Self-motivator, able and willing to work with minimal direction
