Responsible to close working collaboration with Relationship Managers to provide clients/prospects with holistic wealth creation and preservation solutions that will help attract and anchor assets to the Bank.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Support client relationship managers and their private clientele being resident in Switzerland with regard to tax and estate planning issues, like (not limited to):

Tax optimisatised investments, including \\xe2\\x80\\x9cbouclier fiscal\\xe2\\x80\\x9d

Tax efficient acquisition, detention and selling of real estate

Succession planning, matrimonial regime

Relocation to or within Switzerland, including Lump Sum taxation

Use of wealth management structures (e.g. through companies, insurance contracts, collective investment schemes and other private-law solutions)

Have on a daily basis direct client contact and client responsibility (including preparation of presentation documentation and offers as well as planning and decision-making documentation).

Be in charge of providing holistic wealth & tax planning advice to private clients, as well as the actively coordinate the wealth planning process with other internal and external experts/specialists providing such advice.

Provide technical WP support for client relationship managers in Geneva and in other locations in the French speaking part of Switzerland.

Become an active member of the local WP Advisory unit by complementing and actively supporting as a colleague the existing team of WP Advisors (with legal background in various jurisdictions), who are extremely efficient, used to work as a team in complex cross-border cases and are highly professional.

YOUR PROFILE

Swiss Law and/or Swiss tax-law degree (university) as well as Expert Fiscal.

Diplom\\xc3\\xa9 or similar education in Swiss tax and possibly additional technical qualifications with a focus in the related areas (e.g. STEP diploma).

At least 7-10 years of professional experience in the relevant financial services sectors and/or comparable private client practices (e.g. attorney-at-law office, tax advisory, fiduciary company and/or cantonal tax administration), with practical knowledge of and experience with specifically the French speaking cantons.

Analytical, systematic and efficient approach to work with distinct communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, being a creative, solution driven and reliable person with the ability to work under pressure, on their own initiative and being a team player.

Fluency French and English, German is a great advantage, preferably additional foreign languages.
