\\n The Logistics Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the qualitative, quantitative, and timely processing of all internal incoming goods from production, both in terms of system processes and physical handling.

They are responsible for the smooth flow of products into and out of manual storage areas, serving as the primary point of contact for any uncertainties or deviations from standard procedures when the coordinator or logistics expert is unavailable.

All tasks must be carried out with strict adherence to relevant SOPs, GMP, HSE guidelines, as well as deadlines and cost considerations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thorough knowledge of processes related to ultra-low temperature refrigerators.
• Familiarity with key contacts to address problems and discrepancies.
• Rapid resolution of process uncertainties, involving relevant stakeholders when necessary.
• Proficiency in SAP transactions, prioritizing those in the production logistics domain.
• Understanding and application of RFT (Right First Time) principles.

Requirements:

• Valid forklift operator certification (SUVA recognized forklift license, with a refresher course completed within the last 5 years).
• Clean criminal record. A criminal record check must be provided.
• Mandatory completion of a 3-year apprenticeship as a Logistiker EFZ.
• Preferred minimum of 3 years of professional experience in logistics.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written German, English is a plus
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred
