KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Relief support to store persons.
• Relief support for despatch clerk.
• Assist warehouse staff when/where required.
• Assist SC Generalist with cycle count schedule.
• Pick, pack auto fill spares parts for sales orders.
• Create and complete Production Orders for Autofill kits.
• Print production order checklist and prepare parts to engineer for Autofill kits assembly.
• Daily receipts in LN of purchased items.
• Reconcile Production orders.
• Support pouch/films area material handling.
• Adjustment order and warehouse transfer
• Reconcile NPR data and include standard cost.

YOU BRING THESE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the Packaging and Plastics industries.
• Inventory reporting knowledge.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, bar code software.
• Microsoft Excel knowledge, spread sheets, formulas.
• Must be flexible with a customer orientated attitude, and work cross functionally with all internal functions.
• Able to plan activities and set priorities.
• Able to react to urgent and unexpected demand situations calmly.
• Forklift licence.
