Manage demand: interact with business owners to identify their needs and priorities, conduct feasibility analyses, manage capacity, budget, plan, and backlog;
Provide guidance during the identification of solution architectures and technical solution to fulfill business needs;
Manage operations and incidents: coordinate and manage service managers and operations teams to monitor system health and respond to incidents as needed;
Execute as-is systems change requests and enhancements: design solutions, detailed planning, execution monitoring and issue management, reporting to business owners, delivery and release into production, countries roll-out;
Collaborate with the unit in charge of digital transformation program delivery, within transformation projects which impact own systems;
Interact with other company departments, especially IT (incl. Cyber Security), business owners, and local markets.

At least 15 years experience in digital technological services for e-commerce and related projects;
Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing teams of at least 20 people, and a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams;
