YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES The clients ask for additional capabilities to enlarge the utilization possibilities of their nanoindenters. You will take the process responsibility for the ideation, development, testing, and documentation to provide complete solutions for those market requirements. Any project is a challenging puzzle for you. Thanks to your ability to break down the challenge in simple, small problems and to your expertise in creating perfect software solutions, you will implement the new capabilities. The implementation includes programming, performance check and documentation of the test procedure. Your work will further boost the outstanding positioning of the nanoindenters and significantly contribute to the growth of the company. You will critically review the market requirement document with respect to scientific advantages, technical feasibility, and freedom to operate (i.e. patents).

YOUR PERSONALITY You have a PhD in physics, mechanical or electrical engineering or a master degree with profound experience in metrology. To fulfil the requirements of the clients in an efficient and effective manner, you combine your scientific background with your passion for working in a graphical programming environment. You like to critical balance different options and select the best solution for multiple subproblems. Your scientific mind ensures clarity and pertinence of the project\\\'s objectives. By using your various competencies, you will invent new capabilities for the state-of-the-art instruments that are crucial for the business growth. Your English communication skills written and spoken are both excellent. Any additional language is a plus.
