\\n We are looking for a UX Architect to support our Client\\\'s products\\\' new and further development in construction site safety. You will complement the existing DevOps team, which currently consists of 9 employees (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Developers, Business Analyst, Application Operation Manager and Support specialist).
The Client uses its digital solutions to optimize the availability, security and efficiency of the railway, telecom, energy and water networks of its railway company infrastructure. The Agile Release Train \"Construction and Maintenance\" consists of 11 teams responsible for the digital products related to the construction and operation of the network infrastructure.
Place of work: Bern Wankdorf/remote. Team days on site: Wednesday and Thursday.
Responsibilities
Applying user experience methods in user research, synthesis, prototyping, user testing, and interaction/visual design.
Independent preparation, management, and implementation of workshops with stakeholders and end users.
Development of a UX product strategy, including interaction concepts according to the Client\\\'s guidelines and UX consulting in the team.
User research and participation in requirements gathering in collaboration with the business analyst.
Creating mockups and (interactive) low to high-fidelity prototypes (Balsamiq / Figma) in collaboration with the team.
Validation of hypotheses, requirements, concepts, and prototypes with end users to ensure user acceptance.
Skills
Must have
Training in interaction design and user experience (e.g., CPUX certificate, MAS HCID, CAS usability, and user experience, BSc. / MSc. User Experience Design).
Experience in developing responsive web applications.
Experience with non-technical user groups.
Several years of experience in the area of user experience (prototyping, interaction design, visual design, user research, user testing).
In-depth knowledge of common usability, user experience methods and tools.
In-depth knowledge of conducting workshops with stakeholders and end users.
Experience in Agile software development.
Interest in rail know-how and willingness to delve deeper into the Client\\\'s infrastructure topics.
Willingness to travel within Switzerland.
Very good knowledge of German (at least level C1).
Knowledge of English (at least level B2).
