About the team you are joining

Become a vital member of our collaborative and innovative Architecture and Solution Design team at IATA. You will work alongside talented individuals who share your passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
This is a full-time position in the Architecture, Salesforce and Solutions Design team at the Executive Offices in Geneva, Switzerland.

What your day would be like

As the UI/UX designer your day will combine creative and analytical moments aimed at crafting user-friendly digital experiences for IATA\\\'s Customers. Primarily focussed on project work you will gradually develop a library of shared UI assets, that will be used for all products. You will collaborate with many other teams such as Corporate Communications, Products and Customer Experience to ensure that the design system is adopted by all. You will collaboratively work with cross-functional teams, made up of business SMEs, developers and product managers to design, build and refine UX/UI experiences, that align with our user needs and business objectives.

We would love to hear from you if

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Material design or similar
Extensive background of innovation, wireframing and prototyping using design tools.
Proven experience in Information Architecture for medium to large enterprises
Track record of leadership in UI design
Expertise in responsive and adaptive design
Familiarity with Agile methodology, underpinned by DevOps principles and proficiency with CI/CD tools.
Bachelor\\\'s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a commitment to continuous professional development.
