\\n We have a current opportunity for a UAM Specialist on a permanent basis for one of our private banking clients. The position will be based in Geneva with some hybrid working

About the role
The specialist is responsible for the day to day tracking, auditing andn processing of the User and Identity Access management.

The analyst works closely with the Service Desks globally, the support teams (infrastructure and
application), IT Security and internal and external auditors.

The incumbent is liable for ensuring that customer requests for security access is completed in a timely manner. He/she also provides second level technical support to the project team, end users and
Infrastructure functional groups for all matters pertaining to access rights and risk exposure (where he/she is able to advise). The incumbent manages tickets (incidents and service requests) in the EFG standard ITSM tool.

The incumbent is also be responsible for the execution of tasks relevant for the audits, yearly and on
demand as requested by the team manager.

Required skills:
-Broad knowledge of user and identity access management (IAM)
-pecific knowledge of the EFG Bank procedures
-Able to multitask
-Attention to details
-Excellent relationship management skills
-Sound understanding of Risk Management for IT Systems
-Excellent understanding of the IT banking environment and critical business processes
-Effective communication skills, both oral and in writte

Experience
-At least 5 years of experience in working in a highly regulated environment
-Excellent English & French spoken and written, Italian is a definite advantage
