Travel & Expenses Analyst

Key responsibilities

• Ensures accurate and timely travel expenses report processing for DACH Region and other European countries
• Matching of the incoming travel expenses report with the support documentation and internal guideline, as well as incompliance with travel and approval Policy
• Travel expenses report processing
• Contact person for the Travel Expenses workflow (internal/external)
• Support and train SIG organization in relation to T&E topics
• Administration of the Travel Tool Systems
• Temporary tasks in implementation of T&E projects

You bring these skills, experience & education

• Experience of 1-2 years in one the areas - Travel Expenses processing, Invoice Verification and/or Accounts Payable
• Fluency in English; German, French or Italian might be a plus
• Recommended exposure to SAP and Concur (or other T&E related tools)
• Good MS Office knowledge
• University degree in Economics, Masters is an advantage
