\\n \\n The internship offers an opportunity to participate in the day-to-day tasks related to the support and realization of large-scale moves and transition of United Nations staff to renovated and new office spaces, within a large-scale project impacting the workplace and ways of working for United Nations staff. The daily responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Produce internal communication products for stakeholders implicated by moves, including brochures, graphic images, videos and other materials, to be published on iSeek, the UN intranet and/or printed for internal distribution. \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Produce online content for the Transition Team intranet website. \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Assist as needed during move days and settling-in days post-move for different UN entities. \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Assist in the development of post-move user feedback surveys and other means of soliciting user feedback, \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Assist in tours to pilot office spaces and other stakeholder engagement activities. \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Assist in ad-hoc translation of written content from English to French.Qualifications/special skillsInterns must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in a related field such as Communications, Public Relations, Business, Architecture/Design or International Relations. Applicants must meet one of the following requirements: (a) be enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher); (b) be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum bachelor\\\'s level or equivalent) In addition, interested candidates must have: \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Strong written and verbal communication skills. \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Good organizational skills and attention to detail. \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms. Applicants to the UN Internship programme are not required to have professional work experience. However, a field of study that is closely related to the type of internship that you are applying for is required. Applicants must be a student int he final year of the first university decree (Bachelor or equivalent), Master\\\'s degree or Ph.D Programme or equivalent, or have completed a Bachelor\\\'s, Master\\\'s or Ph.D Programme.
