The Geneva plant Taste is looking for its Training Manager to build, coordinate and facilitate training to our operational teams in order to deliver quality products in a safe environment while developing the skills of tomorrow to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and assess the site learning needs.
• Define training resources and materials.
• Create and maintain the content and evaluation of training modules.
• Create and manage skill blocks (link between workplace risk assessment, procedure, and on-the-job training).
• Update and maintain the LMS system
• Create and manage training campaigns on relevant themes such as occupational safety, food hygiene and continuous improvement, combining theoretical and practical training
• Create content to promote Quality Assurance (QA) and Safety, Health Environment (SHE) communication

You bring:

• +5 years of specialized experience in the development and/or organization of training on the workplace (factory)
• Min. BSc level in social sciences/training, food safety or science/chemistry
• Experience in developing learning modules/learning management systems e-learnings and affinity with augmented reality (AI)
• Ability to build relationships at all hierarchical levels and support employees, managers and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in food safety and quality and an interest in Continuous Improvement
• Perfect command of French (C2), and excellent level of English (C1)
• Project management skills (plant)
