For our client, a major luxury brand active in several product categories, we are currently recruiting a talented, highly available and multilingual Training leader, for their Swiss Fragrances-Perfumes business unit.
Reporting to the Swiss Marketing team based in Neuch\\xc3\\xa2tel, your mission will be to define, organize and deliver fragrance trainings across the entire Swiss market, in line with the brand guidelines and objectives.
POSITION
As a brand perfume ambassador, you will actively support the business growth by defining the training strategy for the Swiss market and by deploying fragrance trainings to the client advisors. Thanks to a strong interest in the brand and the perfume category, you should be able to communicate the Brand DNA with passion, also during new product launches, while motivating client advisors to be key players for the success of the Brand.
Your main mission is as follows :
Work closely with the Area Sales Managers, Global Training & Retail Excellence Team and Marketing/Sales Team and collaborate with all stakeholders to identify training needs, define the training strategy accordingly and take appropriate actions
Adapt global training materials in order to fit local specificities and enhance content of existing training support documents when needed
Deliver field coaching to the Client Advisors, to grow sales and profit, increase market share and enhance the brand image
Coach and motivate Client Advisors at POS to ensure \\xe2\\x80\\x9cbest-of-class\\xe2\\x80\\x9d product information, sales pitch and that the brand\\\'s Art of Selling methodologies are effectively carried out and enhanced at POS
Monitor all aspects of the training sessions organization such as venues/locations, material, invitations, training tools and anticipate all needs
Attend the Train-the-Trainer sessions to focus on personal development and soft skills, and share all necessary information to management
Provide inputs and feedback to management on training and coaching methods and tools
Share regular feedback reports after training sessions and consolidate the data with number of sessions, topics, attendees, comments, in order to provide tailor-made trainings in the future.
Plan and monitor training and traveling expenses according to budget & resources optimization
PROFILE
With a degree in Marketing or Sales, you have at least 5 years\\xe2\\x80\\x99 experience in a Training position in a luxury retail environment, ideally in a fragrance or cosmetic brand. You ideally live in the GER part of Switzerland (centrally) and could easily see yourself traveling all across the country to train and coach the Retail sales force. The following criteria are key to the position:
Fluent in German, French and English (C1 levels minimum), Italian being a plus
Previous experience in coaching sales teams in selling techniques
Knowledge of the perfume/fragrance industry would be a strong asset
Proficient pedagogical training techniques
High level of competence in presentation, verbal and written communication
Demonstrated leadership as well as people management
Highly driven, pro-active, energetic personality, with team spirit
Proficient at MsOffice and several digital interactive tools
Available to travel 80-90% of your time throughout Switzerland (drivers license required) and sometimes worldwide for global training seminars.
