• interface with internal and external clients to provide operational and administrative support as needed
• execute the processes and controls in a timely, accurate and competent manner
• settle various precious metals products
• match and monitor trade confirmations
• process precious metals transfers in the Loco Zurich and Loco London Market

Your team

You\\\'ll be working in the FXMM PM Cash and Clearing team in Opfikon. We are a small team covering UBS Switzerland AG Zurich, UBS AG Zurich and UBS AG London Transfers and Pre Settlement activities for Precious Metals. Furthermore, we are also the point of contact for our offshore colleagues who are processing the UBS AG Zurich activities for Switzerland and London. We have daily interaction with external clients, Trading/Sales and Middle-office, Finance and Product Control, Cash Management and IT.

Your expertise

• relevant product knowledge and knowledge of accounting principles as well as banking products
• ability to think creatively and logically to solve problems
• interest in digitalization and an affinity for technology
• ability to work under pressure and deliver output to tight deadlines and of a high standard
• solid understanding of risk and know when to escalate risks/issues to senior management
• excellent stakeholder management skills
• very good knowledge of German and English. Italian and French is an advantage
