• execute the processes and controls you are responsible for in a timely, accurate and compete manner
• interface with internal and external clients to provide operational and administrative support as needed.
• settle various precious metals products
• match and monitor trade confirmations
• process precious metals transfers in the Loco Zurich and Loco London Market

Your team

You\\\'ll be working in the FXMM PM Cash and Clearing team in Opfikon. We are a small team covering UBS Switzerland AG Zurich, UBS AG Zurich and UBS AG London Transfers and Pre Settlement activities for Precious Metals. Furthermore we are also the point of contact for our offshore colleagues, which are processing the UBS AG Zurich activities for Switzerland and London. The team has daily interaction with external clients, Trading/Sales and Middle-office, Finance and Product Control, Cash Management and IT.

Your expertise

• relevant product knowledge and knowledge of accounting principles and banking products
• able to think creatively, flexibly and think logically to solve problems
• interested in digitalization and have an affinity with technology
• flexible and able to work under pressure and deliver output to tight deadlines and of a high standard
• solid understanding of risk and know when to escalate risks/issues to senior management
• able to successfully manage stakeholders/clients expectations
• able to work pro-actively, cooperatively and as well as independently
• very good knowledge of German and English. Italian and French is an advantage
