YOUR CAPCO DAY
Coordination of Test Phases in project with different stakeholders + booking centers + vendors
Management of Test Campaigns and allocation to BAs/SMEs in line with sprint delivery
Quality Assurance on Test Cases drafted by BAs
Defect Management in DevOps
Drive daily defect triage sessions and prepare daily reporting during Test Campaigns with internal teams and vendors
Management of backlog bugs vs improvements
Perform unit tests/SIT/UAT tests along with BAs
YOUR CAPCO-FIT
Deep financial service expertise with an intimate working knowledge of financial service customers specific application requirements, KPI\\\'s, and quality assurance goals
5-10 years of professional consulting experience in financial services, driving test strategies, standardizing test tools, test frameworks, and test processes to increase cost savings
Experience in working with Temenos T24, FCM, TripleA, TDL/SAP/Wealth Dynamix
Proven experience in selling and delivering Testing Services for Project Delivery
Hands-on Testing experience, familiar with a wide range of technologies, and managing and/or working directly with industry leading and open-source testing tools (e.g. Test Management, Functional Testing, Performance Testing, etc.)
Fluent French & English combined with great presentation skills
