Test Environment Manager

As an Test Environment Manager at Ivy Partners, you will be responsible for:

• Develop and maintain the Test Environment roadmap.
• Build and manage Test Environments to meet stakeholder needs.
• Translate evolving requirements into program backlog items, defining objectives and scope.
• Ensure Test Environment evolution aligns with the IT strategy.
• Oversee Test Environment booking, maintenance, and lifecycle control.
• Drive innovation and automation while collaborating with Test governance and Continuous Deployment teams.

About You!

You are our Holy Grail if technically you have:

• 3 to 5 years\\xe2\\x80\\x99 working experience in a technical IT operations and/or engineering environment
• A good ability to debug problems and use diagnosis tools.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and good analytical and negotiation skills.
• You have a good knowledge of the DevOps and CI/CD environment.
• You are fully fluent in English and German.

And if humanly:

• You have a great ability to convince, drive, and support people to implement the product vision and roadmap.
• You are an effective and trustworthy communicator at all levels of the organization.
• You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
