Location: Zurich

Contract Length: 4 Months+ (possibility of extension)

We are working on a brand new Sales (Support) Administrator / Order Processing position with an innovative Swiss company who specialize in designing, developing, and manufacturing Optoelectronic modules for in-vitro diagnostics and life sciences companies.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end sales admin processes effectively.
  • Handle precise, timely sales orders.
  • Monitor orders, meet deadlines proactively.
  • Efficiently process invoices for smooth transactions.
  • Generate vital customs, shipping documents for exports.
  • Directly address customer inquiries in English, German.
  • Create tailored sales proposals from templates.
  • Supervise orders, track deadlines closely.
  • Support various admin tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Completed extensive commercial training.
  • Expertise in intricate Customs/Export procedures.
  • Prior tech sales admin experience highlighted.
  • Deep familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP.
  • Independent, accurate work approach evident.
  • Strong communication, quick comprehension displayed.
  • Collaborative, customer-focused team player.
  • Fluent proficiency in German, English (Verbal & Written).
