The processing and settlements cycle have shrunk exponentially. As a result, Banks and Financial Services industries have seen the need to upgrade payments processing capabilities to meet internal and external stakeholders. As a Temenos TPH Functional Consultant you will have the opportunity to be involved in a cutting-edge Business Transformation program for one of the leading Private Bank with HQ in Europe to define and implement the Target Operations Model for the future Payments platform of one of the Leader Banks in Europe, including harmonization of business processes across multiple entities, to replace existing legacy systems.
The role offers a great opportunity for professional growth and development, working with the latest Temenos Payments Release and Technology stack, to build a robust, scalable solution.
Activity will be performed in a collaborative, multicultural and inclusive work environment, following Agile methodology aligned with Temenos Implementation Methodology standard.
Skills and responsibilities
11-14 years of experience in Temenos Transact and Payments domain as Functional Consultant, with strong Payment\\xe2\\x80\\x99s domain expertise.
TPH configuration experience is a must for minimum one of the Domestic, International, and Instant payment schemes.
Prior Implementation knowledge and experience in most of the scheme\\xe2\\x80\\x99s SWIFT, SEPA CT DD INSTANT, ACH, FEDWIRE, RTP, BNPL would be preferred.
Knowledge on T24 Financial Accounting & Reporting with the capability to identify mismatches / GL imbalances / Position imbalances would be an added advantage.
Reconciliations
Functional knowledge of T24 Transact modules (including AA)
Confident/Professional communication skills with business users
Should have good working knowledge of MS Office, Visio or other process modelling tool e.g., ARIS.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients for requirements elicitation, requirements management and provide functional clarifications wherever possible.
Independently conduct Induction training, analyze business requirements, conduct PLW (Process Led Workshops), Possess in-depth knowledge on Temenos Payments business process flows.
Positively influence the stakeholders to adopt to existing OOTB processes and channelize them to finalize Business requirements.
Deep-Dive on requirements and lead fit-gap analysis discussions by providing accurate comparison against product features.
Providing solutions along with functional design and help the engineering team with UI designs after business alignment.
Perform product configuration setup based on customer needs.
Writing detailed functional specification documents, provide walkthrough of end-to-end flows to Temenos BA team, review the requirements and obtain sign-off.
Creating product-based KT documents, for the customer.
Working with technical teams during design and development phase, and then provide functional coverage during testing phase.
