Responsibilities:
Program Start Date: January 2024
Length: 6 months, Part Time (20hours/week)
Technology Specialist engages with and guides customers toward technical decisions to purchase and use Microsoft technology. Leverages sales strategy to address customer digital transformation and align technology to customer business needs. Understands customer needs, collects customer feedback, and provides strategic input to customers. Demonstrates Microsoft solutions to prove capabilities, applies architectures to client scenarios, and engages in partner sell-with scenarios to leverage partner ecosystem. Acts as an orchestration point for technical resources and works to resolve blockers in order to achieve solution implementations.
Responsibilities:
Engages with and reaches out to customers with coaching from others.
Assists in demonstrations of specific Microsoft products through preparation and execution. Leverages senior colleagues to ensure quality.
Shadows others in customer stakeholder interactions and researches customer context to gain understanding and build product expertise.
Contributes to technical wins or portions of technical wins with support from peers through preparation and delivery of one-way presentations. Improves customer interactions through feedback and observation.
Begins to develop awareness of available resources by familiarizing themselves with the community and engaging others to gain product knowledge.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
Currently pursuing or have completed Bachelor\\\'s or Master\\\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field.
Passion for technology and working with customers.
Strong balance of both business and technical skills.
Technical consulting, technical consultative selling, product development, or related technical/sales experience is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills in English and German.
Full Work-Authorization in Switzerland.

Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills .
