Stellenbeschreibung

• Einrichtung und Integration neuer Prozesse und Ausr\\xc3\\xbcstungen f\\xc3\\xbcr sterile Produktionsprozesse einschliesslich HVAC und Clean Utilities-Systemen
• Sicherstellung des technischen Betriebs von Einrichtungen wie WFI, HVAC und Reindampf entsprechend aktuellen Vorschriften (cGMP, Sicherheit) sowie Ersatzteilmanagement
• Enge Kooperation und \\xc3\\x9cbernahme von Aufgaben aus dem Betriebsengineering der Produktionsanlagen
• Leitung und Realisierung von Projekten, einschliesslich Kostensch\\xc3\\xa4tzung und Zeitplanung, f\\xc3\\xbcr neue Einrichtungen und Optimierungen.
• Gew\\xc3\\xa4hrleistung der Instandhaltung unter Ber\\xc3\\xbccksichtigung von cGMP und Sicherheitsvorschriften
• Unterst\\xc3\\xbctzung bei beh\\xc3\\xb6rdlichen Kontrollen
• Fortlaufende Optimierung der Anlagenverf\\xc3\\xbcgbarkeit und regelm\\xc3\\xa4ssige Kontrolle der Anlagendokumentation
• Bearbeitung von \\xc3\\x84nderungs- und Abweichungsberichten

Erwartetes Profil

• Abschluss von einer Fachhochschule (Bachelor) oder Technikerschule (HF) in Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Automation, Chemie oder Technischer Informatik
• Berufserfahrung im GMP-Bereich, vorzugsweise in steriler Produktion und Betrieb von HVAC- und Clean Utilities-Systemen
• Erfahrung in Projektmanagement und Einbindung neuer Ausr\\xc3\\xbcstungen / Prozesse
• Versierte Anwendung von SAP und MS Office
• Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
