Stellenbeschreibung

• Technische Abkl\\xc3\\xa4rungen und Beratungen unserer Kunden
• Drehscheibenfunktion zwischen Kunden und unseren verschiedenen Abteilungen
• Termin\\xc3\\xbcberwachung der Auftr\\xc3\\xa4ge und Liefertermine in enger Absprache mit der Produktion und dem Engineering-Team
• Projekte nach Vorgabe (Preislisten, Analysen, etc.)
• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesse und der Dienstleistung
• Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben

Erwartetes Profil

• Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung mit Erfahrung im kaufm\\xc3\\xa4nnischen Bereich und \\xc3\\xa4hnlicher Position
• Kundenorientierte, proaktive, flexible und belastbare Pers\\xc3\\xb6nlichkeit mit positiver Einstellung
• Teamf\\xc3\\xa4higkeit und Teamgeist steht bei Ihnen ganz oben
• Selbst\\xc3\\xa4ndige, eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte, exakte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Diskretion, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und gute Umgangsformen
• Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse v.a. Excel und Word
• Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Franz\\xc3\\xb6sisch mit sehr guten Kenntnissen in Wort und Schrift
