Nous recherchons pour un de nos clients situ\\xc3\\xa9 dans le Canton de Vaud, un/e :
IT Support niveau 1-2
Vos missions :
- Assurer un support IT niveau 1-2, \\xc3\\xa0 distance et sur site.
- G\\xc3\\xa9rer les appels et tickets entrants.
- G\\xc3\\xa9rer les comptes utilisateurs dans l\\\' Active Directory.
- R\\xc3\\xa9soudre les incidents techniques en coordination les autres \\xc3\\xa9quipes.
- Analyser les types d\\\'incidents et proposer des solutions correctives et durables.
- Au minimum 3 ans d\\\'exp\\xc3\\xa9rience au sein d\\\'une fonction similaire.
- Bonnes connaissances sur les environnements Windows.
- Bonnes connaissances d\\\'Easy Vista et de la gestion des comptes dans l\\\'Active Directory.
- Connaissances des normes ITIL.
- CFC Informaticien ou \\xc3\\xa9quivalent.
- excellent relationnel, autonome, proactif, rigoureux, orient\\xc3\\xa9 client.
- Diponible rapidement sous moins d\\\'un mois.
- Domicili\\xc3\\xa9 en Suisse.
