Einholen von Offerten, Erstellen von Offertenvergleichen und Abwicklung des Einkaufs inkl. Preisverhandlungen von technischen Produkten und Dienstleistung f\\xc3\\xbcr den Standort Hedingen gem\\xc3\\xa4ss den geltenden Einkaufsprozessen
Pflege von Masterdaten im SAP-System und aktive operative Mitarbeit in den SAP bezogenen Einkaufsprozessen
Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Lieferanten
Erkennen von Potential f\\xc3\\xbcr Kosteneinsparungen bzw. Optimierung in den jeweiligen Einkaufsprozessen
Interne Kommunikation der Einkaufsaktivit\\xc3\\xa4ten an alle Interessenvertreter & aktive Teilnahme an relevanten Meetings
Aktive Unterst\\xc3\\xbctzung bzw. Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Fachabteilungen bei einkaufstechnischen Belange
Administrative Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und allgemeine administrative Einkaufsarbeiten (u.a. \\xc3\\x9cberarbeitung & Pflege von relevanten Dokumenten)

Your new job

Solicitation of offers, preparation of offer comparisons and handling of purchasing including price negotiations for technical products and services for the Hedingen site in accordance with the applicable purchasing processes.
Maintenance of master data in the SAP system and active operative collaboration in the SAP-related purchasing processes
Support and further development of existing suppliers
Identifying potential for cost savings or optimisation in the respective purchasing processes
Internal communication of purchasing activities to all stakeholders & active participation in relevant meetings
Active support or cooperation with the respective departments in purchasing-related matters
Administrative processing of complaints and general administrative purchasing work (including revision & maintenance of relevant documents)

Sehr gute SAP Erfahrung
