We are looking for a Project Manager to strengthen our Team in our Business Unit Transformers, Ticino.

In this role you are leading the execution of medium-size projects mainly related to LV & MV Transformers and Reactors and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with Hitachi Energy policy, quality standards, health & safety and environment requirements.

Your role:

• Developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements

  \\n

• Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing.

  \\n

• Ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards (e.g., International Standards Organization).

  \\n

• Manage After-Sales projects by ensuring the fulfillment of customer needs.

  \\n

• Identifying/resolving obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.

  \\n

• May include work managing multiple, interrelated projects (including business transformation projects).

  \\n

• On some projects, the work may include integrating vendor tasks into the project plan and tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables.

Your background:

• \\n

• You bring Electrical Engineering Background (technical university degree)

  \\n

• Proven experience in Project Management with focus on Transformers and Reactors.

  \\n

• Collaboration with diverse number of stakeholders.

  \\n

• Very good knowledge of English and Italian; any other languages are a plus.

  \\n

• You are a strong communicator, self-driven and open-minded.

  \\n

• Structured and organized person with the ability to work under time pressure.

  \\n

• Team-player able to build and motivate a project team.

  \\n
