Responsible for the timely completion of multiple internal and external technical projects in accordance with specifications and budgeted scope.\\n
Assists in the implementation of FINASTRA software solutions. The Project Manager is a member of the project team and reports to the Head Project Management.\\n
Efficiently and accurately execute deployment and configuration activities for continued customer satisfaction and retention.\\n
Interact with stakeholders (customers, suppliers, management, project team members, portfolio staff and other stakeholders).\\n
Enforce corporate project standards and methodologies to minimize risks.\\n
Regular reporting of project progress to the Head of Projects.\\n
Lead the technical investigation of reported project issues, providing appropriate resolution where possible and/or detailed analysis to the dependent teams\\n
Address issues and provide knowledge of integration between project and support teams.\\n
Handover to the support team once the system is up and running and in a stable state.\\n
Problem solving of technical issues during the project.\\n
Record and resolve internal defects and product related issues with the product teams.\\n
Maintaining up-to-date documentation of procedures and system configuration.\\n
Reviewing existing onboarding procedures for customers and improving them as necessary to ensure effective service delivery.\\n
Support product managers and sales teams when additional expertise is required\\n
Identify and mitigate project risks; escalate and resolve issues that impact project success\\n

Experience in Financial services, banks, fintech, SWIFT, ISO 20022 standards\\n
Working knowledge of Red Hat Linux or equivalent and knowledge of scripting\\n
Working knowledge of JBoss and Tomcat\\n
Working knowledge of databases such as Oracle, Ingres and good in writing SQL queries for Oracle and/or Ingres\\n
Working knowledge of FTP / SFTP/ WebSphere MQ integration\\n

Bachelor\\\'s degree - Economics/Finance or equivalent experience.\\n
More than 5 years of experience in finance-related project teams, preferably with banks or financial institutions\\n
