Educate our employees on our aircrafts
Inform about new tooling, create checklist or initiate trainings if required
Investigate, propose and implement feasible solutions to improve efficiency and safety in daily tasks
Get feedback, analyse and relay to technical training team when a training is necessary
Link between the involved departments when a problem arise in relation to training, knowledge sharing and/or improvement possibilities
Support when questions comes up in regards to lack of knowledge, tooling and/or process use

Requirements
You have a strong experience in our maintenance environment and want to share your expertise, let\\\'s join us.
Aircraft engineer with an active B1 and / or B2 license and company Certification Authorization with a minimum experience of three (3) years
Experience as an authorized Engineer on SWISS fleet aircrafts is an asset
Willing to share his knowledge and proactively find solutions to support the production
Good communication skills, preference for German speaking
Willingness to adapt the working time, as far as necessary (possible shift working)
Team player
Flexibility and ability to adapt fast to a new situation
Good communication skills in English (German language knowledge is seen as an advantage)
