The Technology & Operations (Tech&Ops) Division designs and integrates a wide range of IT solutions, ranging from portfolio management systems and trading platforms to banking applications and business management tools. Tech&Ops has been responsible for some of the Group\\\'s most significant innovations and is also responsible for the operational smooth running and development of custodian banking and fund administration services.
The mission of the Master Data function is to manage the repository of static, pricing, ESG and fund data, and to distribute reference data to data-consuming applications. As part of the ongoing efforts to develop its activities, the function is seeking a Technical Architect to focus on NeoXam DataHub.
Your role
Mission
As a technical architect assigned to the Data platform of our Technology & Operations division, you will carry out technical analysis, provide operational support and monitor NeoXam DataHub developments associated with the various upgrade and maintenance projects overseen by the Master Data function.
Responsibilities
Working closely with development teams and information system architects to devise and implement high-performance IT solutions at the best price.
Helping to develop code, both front-end and back-end.
Ensuring the technical design of implementations.
Coordinating developments made by the technical teams based in Luxembourg; liaising between the business lines and IT staff to ensure that everyone understands each other\\\'s requirements and constraints, in line with best practice and Agile values (Scrum).
Providing Tier 3 support for applications developed by the function; taking rapid action to unblock production, reproduce incidents and coordinate the roll-out of fixes until issues are resolved.
Providing on-call cover for the central Master Data application (NeoXam).
Ensuring that the best development and industrialisation practices are applied as defined by the market and by the Bank.
Providing application maintenance and upgrades for the solutions under your responsibility.
Contributing to the team\\\'s monitoring of technological developments.
Writing and sharing information about technical specifications and liaising with the architecture team to help address the various product backlogs.
Adopting a \"devops\" mindset, the purpose of which is to take a holistic approach to the development process and eliminate the silos between the development and operations teams.
Your profile
EPF, HES, university degree or qualification deemed equivalent.
At least five years\\\' experience as a technical lead in IT in the banking sector.
Knowledge of assets, pricing, funds or ESG would be an asset.
Good knowledge of Agile principles, ideally with experience of Scrum.
At least three years\\\' experience of NeoXam DataHub development.
Experience of modern continuous integration stacks (GIT and/or Bamboo).
Good knowledge of SQL databases (Oracle).
Team spirit and an ability to integrate into an entity that oversees a wide range of developments.
Analytical skills in the context of a complex IT architecture; rigour and autonomy.
Ability to cope with stress and manage priorities.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
