This role is critical in both designing the overall testing automation process and being highly hands-on in implementing automation solutions.Responsibilities and Duties

• Collaborate with a high-performing and forward-focused agile team and stakeholders to identify and prioritize testing activities based on project requirements
• Define the Test Strategy and prepare detailed Test Plans to ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Lead the development and execution of testing strategy with a strong focus on test automation using Tricentis TOSCA
• Take a hands-on approach in developing, maintaining, and optimizing automated test scripts, ensuring high coverage and reliability
• Manage and mentor a team of testers, providing guidance and support as needed
• Ensure seamless integration of automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\\xe2\\x80\\x99s or Master\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Test Manager with hands-on expertise in test automation
• Strong knowledge of Test Automation methodology and tools, with a deep focus on Tricentis TOSCA for automation
• Good understanding of additional testing tools such as Xray, Neoload, API testing, and ServiceNow
• Proven experience in establishing quality assurance processes and automation frameworks
• ISTQB Advanced Level Certification and Tricentis TOSCA Certification would be an advantage
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Italian

Location Requirement:

• Please note that a fully remote work policy is not offered for this role
• Candidates should be prepared to relocate to Canton Ticino/Switzerland
• Work-from-home days may be possible according to the Client\\\'s policy
