TEAM PERFORMANCE TRAINING MANAGER APAC (M/F/X - 100%)
Reporting to IWC\\\'s Global Head of Team Performance Training, the Team Performance Training Manager is responsible for the creation, organization, and implementation of training for IWC Direct-to-Customer (DTC) staff in our Asian markets. Frequently traveling to IWC markets globally, you will take responsibility for supporting our Point of Sales (POS) in achieving their ambitious targets regarding sales and customer experience. You will also support at global events such as Watches and Wonders as well as local ones organized by the markets you are responsible for.

YOUR MISSON AT IWC.
Analyzes DTC KPIs of the network and derives conclusions on needed actions in collaboration with DTC Department
Creates 360\\xc2\\xb0 action plan for POS and collaborates with local DTC and POS management regarding execution
Travels to local markets and spends significant time at POS level to support with action plan implementation
Coaches POS (management) staff about KPI management, sales target achievement, relationship building, CRM, and customer experience
Creates comprehensive training and coaching programs for DTC staff on all levels - Training and coaching efficiency is measured by boutique KPIs and Customer Experience evaluation result
Develops and delivers training on Selling Ceremony, brand, and product
Supports local markets with the organization and execution of large-scale \"Grand Training\" seminars
Collaborates with the CXE Department to foster the roll-out of My Copilot learning app
Actively contributes to the development of new training and coaching concepts
HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE JOURNEY.
Extensive experience in physical Retail (experience in call centers would be a plus), ideally in a management role
Open personality with great communication skills that likes to connect with people
Very good public speaking skills
Verbal/written proficiency in English and Korean or Japanese or Chinese (Mandarin)
Willingness to travel globally up to 75% of the time
