Job Description

\\n - Covering reception, welcoming visitors and in charge of switchboard

- Organisation of travel arrangements for the team

- Support with visa applications

- Ordering office supplies

- Coordination of meeting rooms and calendars

- Organisation of office events/meals (catering for presentations)

- General office administration support

- Reservations of hotels and restaurant for the team and clients

- Basic accountance and little cash

- Follow up on invoices

- Filing of bank statements and legal documents

Between 3-5 years of experience maximum|Bilingual in French and English

- Bilingual in french and english

- Between 3-5 years of experience in a similar position

- Confirmed experience in a fast paced environement

- Excellent sense of service and priorities

- Capacity to resolve situations quickly

- Willing to do the extra mile in their tasks

- Flexible and adaptable
