In this role, you will support the Strategy Implementation Team in Investment Management and manage administrative processes in an agile team whilst maintaining absolute discretion.

What you will do
Provide administrative support for the Strategy Implementation Executives and team members
Executives diary management ensuring best use of their time
Provide meeting support including coordinating operational aspects
Process expenses and invoices for Executives and wider teams
Travel coordination (including flights, hotels, transfers, visas etc) in line with Company guidelines for the Executives and wider teams
Collate supporting documents for scheduled meetings, ensuring they are received in a timely manner
Work with the Strategy Implementation team to assist where required in meeting facilitation, SharePoint management, keeping corporate calendars up to date and other tasks as required
Substitute for the Executive Assistant for the Head of Strategy Implementation for diary management, emails screening, deadlines checks, team budget management and submission
Arrange facilities for meetings, events and offsites
Manage administrative tasks independently
What you bring
Ideally a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Administrative Assistant in an international company
Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
Highly trustworthy, loyal person who communicates well and is used to interacting with senior executives and industry contacts
Excellent communication, networking and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficient computer skills (MS Office)
Creative and thinking outside the box
Familiar with using travel and expense systems and other Zurich business applications necessary to conduct the role (training will be provided if external)
