THE ROLE
Richemont Switzerland is looking for a Rewards and HR Controlling leader to join the Swiss HR team with the accountability to drive and implement the local Rewards and HR controlling roadmap ensuring full alignment with our Group ambition.
Located in Bellevue, Switzerland, you will report to the HR Director Switzerland & Corporate, be part of the Swiss HR leadership team and work closely with the Group Rewards team.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Leading, managing and developing a team of experts, you will play a strategic role in the Swiss HR team thru two different roles: * Swiss Rewards community manager:
Animate the Rewards community composed of the various Rewards Managers of our local entities via monthly meetings and upskill them on local specifics being social security, pension fund, CCT including cross borders related matter
Listen and collect the local needs paying specific attention to our Swiss manufacturing population, specific local benefits needs
Support the community with any local questions on the matter
Rewards and HR controlling for Swiss Richemont population (HQ and Manufacturing):
Rewards:
Implement locally the Group Rewards policy and processes ensuring full alignment with local labor law and market practices. Work closely with local HR teams, employees and managers of Richemont Switzerland to increase awareness on those topics (compensation and benefits strategy) and leverage our competitive offer across the organization
Advise, co-ordinate and monitor job descriptions, job ranking process to ensure strong alignment and proper calibration across functions and guarantee a fair treatment to all our colleagues
Facilitate the yearly Compensation review process according to Group guidelines
Stay up to date with local laws and regulations evolution
Work closely with Group Rewards to ensure they have a good overview of the Swiss specifics and can drive the Group Rewards strategy maintaining a competitive offer in the Swiss market.
HR Controlling:
Drive the Swiss personal cost controlling process to ensure all key internal stakeholders have the right data to manage our workforce costs efficiently
Analyze the various key figures being headcount, full time equivalent and workforce costs to ensure regular risk assessment and to update properly the various internal stakeholders
Work closely with HR and finance to deliver accurate forecast and personal cost plans and secure strong BU preparation aligned with Group guidelines.
Prepare reports to support leaders in their workforce plans
Ensure data accuracy working closely with HR Payroll and Admin team HR Tec and HRIS teams to identify innovation tools and resources supporting an efficient process
Work closely with finance to develop awareness on efficient personal cost planning
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
To succeed in this role, you need to have strong experience in both compensation and benefits and financial controlling. Previous experience in Swiss benefit is a \"must-have\". Being able to lead a team and work closely with various stakeholders is also required. Since we are developing very fast, you will need to be comfortable with both strategic and operational tasks.
Covering multiple topics and a large and diversified internal customer base, you need to have strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence and embark people in both English and French.
Curiosity and innovative thinking will also contribute to your success.
