Your tasks

• After appropriate induction/training, you will be jointly responsible for the operation of a UCC infrastructure at one of our large customers in Basel-Stadt
• You work closely with our UC engineering
• You process customer inquiries and carry out system modifications
• You work on site at the customer\\\'s site and become a valued contact
• You work closely with the other support departments (Enterprise Networks, Security and Datacenter)

Your profile

• Professional training as a computer scientist or equivalent training
• You have professional experience in UCC engineering, ideally with Cisco
• Programming knowledge is an advantage
• You are committed, uncomplicated, proactive and customer-oriented
• You are a team player with a structured and independent way of working
• You are a reliable, quality-conscious and flexible personality
• You are motivated and willing to familiarize yourself with new areas and achieve above-average performance
• You understand Swiss German, have very good knowledge of German (Level C1/C2) and very good knowledge of spoken and written English
• You are flexible for assignments in German-speaking Switzerland
• You are prepared to be on call
