Supply Chain Specialist

\\n \\n For our partner based in Neuch\\xc3\\xa2tel, the team Gi Life Sciences is looking for a Supply Chain SpecialistTemporary positionTasks :

Manage supply chain operations.
Support the manager to capture changes in physical and financial flows.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to conduct operational activities.
Receipt and processing of supplier invoices and tracking of discrepancies.
Process shipping documents and liaise with freight forwarder.
Liaise with teams including redeployments, product launches, samples, returns and reviews of products and product transfers.
Participate in team meetings.

Profile :

Diploma in logistics or equivalent training.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards.
Minimum of 5 year\\\'s experience in supply chain and multinational environment.
Knowledge of end-to-end distribution in the supply chain.
Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time and within the allotted time.
Ability to work under pressure and independently.
Customer oriented and excellent communication skills.
Very good Knowledge in English.
