Export & Supply Chain Specialist
Your responsibilities:
- Organization, coordination, and overview of both temperature-controlled and ambient shipments globally from the site.
- Coordinate & communicate with internal and external stakeholders, logistics & distribution teams, planners and external Governmental authority\\\'s, Couriers & Brokers
- Contact Person for order, export, shipping, and transport enquiries, resolve stakeholder issues.
- Support clinical complaint investigations & corrective action plans
- Contributor & Reviewer of local and global Standard Operating Procedures (SOP\\\'s)
- Ensure 100% Compliance adherence (Import Licenses, Global Trade Compliance, GMP, GDP)
- Review and approve relevant shipping/import documents (Proforma Invoice, Pick lists, dangerous goods Certificates)
- Participation in internal & external projects or process improvements
- Minimum 2 years\\\' experience in a Global Import/Export Department
- Experience and interaction, communication with international government trade authorities and freight forwarders or couriers and Brokers.
- Project management & process optimization skills
- Flexible, communicative and team-oriented
- Diligent and quality driven (right first-time approach)
- Structured and proactive working attitude
- Experienced SAP user (MM,WM,SD), strong MS Package skills & knowledge (Excel, Word, PP)
- English and German (verbal and written) at professional working level.
