\\n System & Process Specialist vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your tasks:

Acting as a support function to coordinate system, interface or transmission related issues in day-to-day distribution and logistics operations
Participating in global projects that aim to improve the overall supply-chain management function
Providing technical advice and advanced knowledge for specific and clinical distribution related projects
Managing different system testing, user acceptance and regression tests for new or changed functionalities
Being responsible for the training of teams for new projects and daily operational business continuity
Managing interface monitoring for internal and external partners while also acting as the main contact for IT teams

Your experience/knowledge:

5+ years operational experience in Clinical Supply Chain, Distribution and Planning including exposure to ERP IT system or ERP deployments
Proficiency with IRT and Middleware like TIBCO combined with strong expertise in SAP, especially in the supply chain modules
Excellent knowledge of clinical supply chain distribution processes, industry best practices, relevant tools and systems
Solid background within a project environment with agile methodologies and LEAN/OE
University degree in a technical, business or supply chain field or associated relevant experience
Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken, German would be an advantage
