The Role: As a Supply Chain & Ops Excellence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient supply chain management and operational excellence within our client\\\'s organisation. Here\\\'s what you\\\'ll be responsible for:
Overall Responsibility:
Supply Chain Management:
End-to-End accountability for product supply planning within the assigned Product Portfolio.
Establish transparent and efficient external manufacturing relationships with CMOs, aimed at resolving supply issues.
Lead cross-functional mitigation plans to guarantee supply continuity by detecting critical supply blockages.
Operational Excellence:
Manage the launch of new market roll-outs for existing products.
Oversee product transfers between entities.
Serve as the key user for the Navision (ERP system) and single point of contact for master data processes and supply chain process improvements.
Lead continuous improvement projects/initiatives within the supply chain.
Tasks:
In this role, your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
Leading the correct SC customisation setup of Navision by providing correct SC processes.
Testing and implementing changes in Navision, system maintenance, issue resolution, and support for stock reconciliation.
Leading cross-functional and entity project planning for new market roll-outs and product transfers, providing clear milestones, timelines, and RACI.
Leading or supporting supply chain continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinating supply planning efforts to ensure supply continuity.
Leading Joint Management Team (JMT) meetings for designated product portfolios.
Coordinating artwork management and regulatory affairs for artwork changes.
Providing rolling forecasts for API, finished product, and demand planning, and reviewing them with stakeholders.
Managing operational order processing (POs) to CMOs.
Organising deliveries from CMOs to Distribution Centres with designated forwarders.
Facilitating coordination between the IT department and CMO for serialisation.
Supporting the establishment and annual review of working instructions for all processes.

Operational excellence and project management skills.
Fluency in English (French is a plus), with additional languages as assets.
Team-oriented, trustworthy, and a knowledge-sharing mindset.

Strong prioritisation and communication skills, capable of working under pressure as both a team player and leader.
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor\\\'s degree in Business Education or equivalent, with a specialisation/certification in supply chain management highly desired.
Minimum of 8+ years of working experience in similar supply chain positions, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Certifications in S&OP implementation and/or supply chain project improvement are highly desired.
Six Sigma - Green/Black Belt training/certification obtained through supply chain improvement projects is a significant plus.
