\\nYou will be reporting directly to the Chief Strategy and Partnerships Officer, working closely with the Strategy Development and Partnerships Team to curate the Institute\\xe2\\x80\\x99s strategy development and growth, stakeholder management and support in scouting new funding and partnership opportunities.
\\nAccording to the profile outlined below, provide input and support in:
\\nAssessing, qualifying and outreaching to donor prospects and potential partners
\\nKeeping internal CRM and relevant databases updated
\\nWriting/adapting concept notes/proposals for stakeholder engagement and potential donors\\xe2\\x80\\x99 outreach
\\nStewardship of existing donors
\\nWriting events\\xe2\\x80\\x99 session submissions
\\nMaintaining regular updates of key strategic documents (e.g. work plan, monthly/quarterly reports)
\\nNew stakeholders assessment and preparation of related initial outreach
\\nBackground research and analysis to generate insights into key strategic topics
\\nOrganizing meetings/events

We are looking for undergraduate and/or graduate students required to carry out an internship in relation to their course of study.
Your University or institution should be able to issue a tripartite internship agreement (to be signed by the Institute, the student and the University/school).
We are looking for fresh undergraduates and/or graduates who wish to gain their first practical experience after graduation, and to apply and develop their skills in their field of studies.
For us to put in place a Service Agreement between you and us, we will need a written official confirmation that proves your self-employment registration with your local authorities.

Requirements:
Studies in business administration/economics, marketing, international law, international relations, international development, international human rights, international security studies, cybersecurity, or related field
\\nFluency in English and French, spoken and written
\\nKnowledge in partnership building and curation, including administrative and legal aspects
\\nKnowledge of creation of concept notes/ proposals / applications for funding/collaborative purposes
\\nKnowledge of full Microsoft 365 Package
\\nStrong written and verbal communication skills
\\nProactive, flexible, detailed and organized
\\nCommitment to work in NGOs - nonprofit sector
\\nThe following requirements are an asset:
\\nKnowledge of fundraising techniques
