You\\xe2\\x80\\x99ll develop strong relationships with our engagement teams and enhance our ability to meet greater investor expectations with the challenges of an increasingly complex business environment.
As a part of our team, you\\xe2\\x80\\x99ll help assist engagement teams in the areas of resource management, learning and development, human capital, reporting, technology and innovation, and quality and compliance.
Your impact
As a Staffing Manager, you will work directly with Directors and Partners of the SAP team to monitor the SAP resource utilisation by accurately allocating the right resources to each demand.
Capture demands from billable and internal projects and assign the right candidates to fulfil the specific demand.
Identify open positions by collaborating with the Advisory team.
Monitor the team utilisation and notify the Leadership team (Directors and Partners) about the candidates finishing the assignments.
Take ownership of and maintain resourcing and skills databases up to date.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement improvements or changes to databases and associated reports.
Regularly publish reports on candidates without assignment, utilisation, skills, and resourcing gaps.
Your Skill set
Experience in resource management or project management, preferably in a professional services\\xe2\\x80\\x99 environment (ideally with prior experience in consulting firms)
Proficiency in technology including Excel, analytics tools, CRM or resource management software
Strong ability to prioritise and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
Good communication skills in English
