Your Tasks
- Processing and coordinating spare parts orders from Subsidiaries and Service Centers
- Monitoring of parts availability within the global Pilatus network
- Responding to spare parts related queries
- Interfacing between internal departments such as logistics, procurement, accounting, export compliance, engineering etc.
- Processing of spare parts offers
- Technical or commercial education with customer service experience (in aviation considered as a plus)
- Ability to prioritize as required by urgency
- You take ownership and naturally manage your stakeholders
- English level B2
- Experienced with ERPs (preferably SAP)
- Working independently but being a team player at the same time
