YOUR MISSION

Reporting to our Mechatronics Products department, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing mechatronics solutions. You will be responsible for managing the evolution of the company\\\'s various products, and will participate in their software development.

Your main activities are :

1. Collect and analyze product requirements

- Monitor the needs of internal and external customers

- Suggest opportunities for development and improvement at steering committees

2. Product development/improvement

- Define product specifications

- Estimate resource requirements (human, financial and material) for product development

- Drawing up a budget

- Plan development activities

- Organize the kick-off for development or enhancement

- Monitor the design phase

- Act as product ambassador on steering committees

- Coordinate concept and design reviews with other departments.

3. Make revised product documentation available

- Keep the sales department informed of changes in Engineering standards.

- Ensure the availability of documentation required for product use

- Keep documentation up to date

- Train users and guarantee product use

- Promote the use of the product within the various departments

4. Ensure product\\xe2\\x80\\x99s sustainability

- Following up on requests for modifications and improvements

- Suggest product improvements by listening to feedback

- Participate in the development of the RoadMap

5. Manage the product end-of-life phase

- Informing users

- Managing obsolescence

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor\\\'s or Master\\\'s degree in automation or industrial IT.
• At least 3 years\\\' experience as an automation engineer, ideally in the special machine industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with a variety of contacts (colleagues, suppliers, customers, etc.).
• Ability to federate work groups and good communication skills.
• Proactive, not afraid to take the initiative.
• Customer focus and user-oriented approach.
• You are comfortable using Microsoft tools, particularly Excel.
• You are familiar with the \"Twincat3\" development tool.
• Proficiency in PLC Structured Text and Motion tools, or more generally in a CodeSys environment.
• Knowledge of industrial IT and advanced languages (C#, Python) is a plus.
• Knowledge of fieldbus systems, Ethercat, Eip, IOLink, Profinet.
• Knowledge of aLM GIT tools.
• Fluent in French, you have a very good knowledge of English (B2 level minimum) or fluent in English, you have a good command of French.
• German and Italian would be an asset.
• You are willing to travel to different sites and occasionally to Italy to coordinate with our suppliers (10%).
