\\n NVIDIA\\xe2\\x80\\x99s Autonomous Vehicles Team is searching for outstanding software talent to work on camera calibration for the DriveWorks SDK ( ). This is a chance to design, implement, optimize, test, productize, and ship algorithms and frameworks for autonomous vehicles. The successful candidate will work with the most sophisticated parallel computing technology, will ensure the best possible performance and developer experience, as well as determine trends and features for next-generation architectures.

As part of the DriveWorks team, you will work closely with diverse set of engineers from cloud computing, embedded systems, simulation, computer graphics, and computer vision as well as customers using the SDK. Accordingly, strong communication skills and desire to learn related technologies are helpful. The candidate should exhibit strong engineering sense and is methodical and thorough in their work.

What you\\\'ll be doing:

Work on algorithms, simulation, and tooling supporting calibration of production vehicles

Perform data analysis from simulation to understand limitation of the calibration setup and algorithms and come up with improvements

What we need to see:

Pursuing for BS/MS or higher in computer science or related engineering field.

Good C and/or C++ programming skills. Experienced with Python.

Experience implementing algorithms in Robotics, Computer Vision and/or Machine Learning.

Good mathematical fundamentals, including linear algebra and numerical methods.

Must be self-motivated and a great teammate.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Experience with simulation and computer graphic tools such as Blender.

Knowledge of image processing APIs (e.g. OpenCV) and MATLAB tools.

Experience with innovative sensor calibration algorithms

Programming experience on Linux, QNX

Experience with version control systems GIT and build system Bazel.
