Job Description

Summary

We are looking for a Software Developer to complete the development team working on our commercial desktop application for digital pathology. The job involves developing new core features, fixing bugs, maintaining and extending the automatic test suite, doing code reviews, contributing to software team related activities such as QA, release processes, 3rd level customer support, and supporting the other developers and scientists in the R&D department.

Role/Responsibilities

• This position reports to the: Computer Vision Team Leader.
• Development of new features.
• Contribute to improving the existing codebase.
• Contribute to software team related activities.
• Support other developers and scientists.

Qualifications

MSc in Computer Science or equivalent.

3+ years of professional experience with object-oriented programming.

Solid experience with software architecture and multithreading.

Experience with Python scientific libraries for data processing or visualization is a plus.

Experience with OpenGL and/or Qt is a plus.

Previous work experience with commercial desktop software is a big plus.
