Main responsibilities

• Document, design, and implement requirements in the area of software product development
• Analyze requirements and provide feedback on feasibility/effort estimation
• Elaborate technical best practices for a given requirement
• Create, revise, and extend unit tests
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers
• Perform code reviews, help to improve software quality and processes

What you need to be successful

• At least 5 years of experience in software development in .NET
• Current and in-depth knowledge of .NET and ASP.NET Core
• Excellent understanding of distributed systems, relational and non-relational databases, and networks
• Experience with agile development, a good understanding of modern architecture and programming paradigms
• Being familiar with open-source .NET libraries and frameworks for testing, messaging, security, validation, caching and logging
• Demonstrated skills or knowledge in any of the following areas is a strong plus:

• Message queueing, distributed transactions, and applications of various consistency models
• Virtualization, cloud services, and managing infrastructure in the cloud
• Security assessment and risk analysis, implementation of secure solutions
• Resilient software systems in complex environments, autonomous systems
• Human-machine interfaces, RTOS, process scheduling, and programming for concurrency
• Knowledge of GAMP regulations for software systems
• English proficiency
• German proficiency is considered as a plus
• Degree in computer science/engineering or a related field is considered as a plus
